Frequently Asked Quesitons
Check-in/out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, If you're going to arrive after 9:00 PM please call in advance to set up a late check-in. Checkout is at 10 AM, we need you out of your room by 10 AM but you are welcome to use the facilities until 2 PM.
Cancellation
A full refund will be given if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your arrival. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours will be refunded at 50% If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (midday the day prior to arrival) or do not check in at the guesthouse, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
Bedding
All bedding and towels are provided, if you're staying longer than 3 days we can day a full bedding and towel change.
Internet
All rooms and communal areas have highspeed wireless internet.
Parking
We have limited guesthouse parking, if this is full all parking in our lane and the pub/brewery carpark (opposite us) are untimed.
Bellingen town
We are a 1-minute walk from the middle of town, IGA, Brewery, and Federal Hotel. The Bellinger River and community markets are just a few minutes walk from our door.
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets unless you have booked the entire guesthouse.
Public Transport
Busways has bus services between Bellingen, Coffs Harbour, and Urunga a few times a day.
